What to expect
COMPLETE 'GETTING TO KNOW YOU' QUESTIONNAIRE
I will send you a detailed questionnaire to get to know you and your property. Â Once that is completed, I will review and we will schedule a FaceTime or Skype call.
FACETIME/SKYPE CALL
We will schedule a call - FaceTime or Skype, whichever works best for you - and review the questionnaire you submitted. Â We'll discuss your hopes and dreams for your property and ensure we are on the same page about the direction to take the design.
DESIGN FIRST DRAFT
I will submit detailed 3d design renderings based on our discussion and your direction. Â We will schedule another 30 minute call to discuss any changes that you may request.
FINAL DESIGN DELIVERED
The final design of your landscape will be delivered in a printable 11"x17" PDF. Along with the 3d design, you will receive:
2D layout to make it clear as to what goes where
Any necessary measurements for hardscape and bed space installation
Detailed plant and other materials list
Suggested order of installation if you plan to phase the project out over time
FOLLOW UP CALL
If needed, we will schedule a 30 minute call to answer any questions surrounding the installation process. Â If you will be hiring a contractor to implement the design, you can designate them to do the call with me.
